Amazing property If you're looking for a great place to stay and amazing staff then look no further. I want to write my review on Zaneta she is an awesome manager! She goes over and beyond and make sure she goes the extra mile to get the job done. She is phenomenal! If you're looking for not only a great apartment but great customer service also then don't look any further! Zaneta rocks!

Good value I lived here for 2.5 years. Loved having windows on three sides, the location was great for shopping and walking, and the rent was very affordable. My apartment was nice but only had a ceiling fan in the MBR. However, I ended up with very noisy neighbors above and that, along with some other issues, made me decide to move. One issue is that the heated indoor pool is not heated! The water is not heated at all and the heater for the pool area rarely comes on ( I was told it only came on at 32°!) Love staying here One of the best apartments I've stayed in thus far. The staff are some of the nicest apartments staff I've ever met. They are very accommodating and truly value their tenants. The apartment itself is very spacious. I love the khaki walls instead of the usual white. Neighbors are quiet in my area no loitering for the full year ive been staying here. I am now upgrading to a three bedroom due to needing more space but not wanting to leave the complex.

What we like to call home We have lived here at Shadow Lake for 2 years, we are starting our 3rd year here. The management team treats everyone here like family, every need you have they are here, any concerns they are here. We wanted to live close to the city without the frustrations of traffic, but not too far out. Shadow Lake is perfect for this. You are within minutes from just about anything you need. Apt 4 upstairs An awesome apartment ! I have a one bedroom apartment . The rooms in my apartment are great in size ,love the big closet in the bedroom ,my kitchen has the best appliances and my patio has a nice storage area.The ceiling fans make my rooms so comfortable.Pet friendly affordable !

Good Value for the Price One of the cheapest complexes in the area. They change up their leasing deals monthly, so check ahead. We had some lease issues when we renewed after a year, but the leasing office was very apologetic and helpful. Pretty private compared to most apartments - there's only one other apartment that shares a front door walkway with you, so it's really quiet. Verified Renter They apartments are too expensive for the lack of maintenance and updates. My mailbox has been broken for nearly a year and my things have been stolen. I asked them to fix it, it has never happened. I have had electrical problems in my apartment, the guy came in for 5 minutes and said nothing happened while he stood there and left. Nice neighbors, not the best apartments and the price just keeps going up.

Verified Renter I enjoy everything in muse, but I wish the community members considered each other more and didn’t steal weights and yoga matts from the gym. Also, gym maintenance in terms of cleaning, replacing stolen and broken stuff could improve my quality of using the gym and overall rating of muse apartments.
