Communication after the initial start of the loan process was great between us, but further into the process we were unable to reach Chris by phone, due to his phones voice messaging systems staying full. We literally had to wait to ask questions when he would call us. We were told by Chris that the debtors we owed would be mailed checks from Mutual of Omaha directly, but we received the checks and had to mail them ourselves. Aaron was phenomenal with keeping in touch and explaining every step of the process. My life has been very complicated, recently divorced to a man that left me in financial ruin.
