My husband and I were originally with another mortgage lender. When we received the phone call from Mark one evening, he helped us understand details of the process more clearly. Details our previous lender had difficulty answering for us. Mark was open, honest and trustworthy throughout the process which my husband and I appreciate. Highly recommend Online Central Bank! Our mortgage banker, Amanda Park, went above and beyond throughout this process that was challenging in many ways and under unusual closing time constraints at the risk of us losing this amazing home.
