We are the first time home buyer, but Rob made our transaction easy and smooth. Rob is an honest, responsible, professional and knowledgeable loan officer. He could provide us the disclosure with detailed, clear and accurate estimate on the first day we spoke with each other, and he could also reply my email 10 pm, which all made me so impressed. I would highly recommend this gentleman to be your loan officer for your closing, especially if you are also a first time home buyer.

Extremely competitive rates. My realtor commented how good they were and even said her normal banker said they were great. Ryan was awesome to work with. We needed things done fast and he came through on his promise and this was even with a VA loan which can be slow. Again my realtor was impressed with him in this as well. He kept us informed through out the process and was easy to get a hold of even after normal bankers hours. I would highly recommend using them if you are doing a VA loan.

Rob and the team he is with were absolutely perfect. I used the VA loan and just closed yesterday without any issues whatsoever. Rob got me a rate that was dramatically lower than anyone else and saved me hundreds of dollars a month on interest. The title company I closed with was amazed at how well put together, complete and prompt they were and I would (and have already) recommend him to friends who are looking to buy.

Heard about Rob through my co-worker as we were both purchasing homes. Easy to work with, competitive rates offered, and super responsive.
