From the time I first talked to Matt about a loan on a new home purchase, I knew he was the person that I wanted to deal with. From the beginning, he was very friendly, courteous, and not pushy. After issuing a pre-qualification letter, he let me get back with him when I was ready. During the entire loan process, he quickly answered my phone and email messages and questions. The entire loan process with Matt and NBKC Bank was very unstressfull. I highly recommend Matt Crall to handle financing a new home.

Robert was terrific to work with! My wife and I mortgaged our first home through NBKC and working with Robert made the process so easy! I worked with Ryan Pichardo and his team on a VA loan that seemed to generate new paperwork each day of the process. I live half way across the country from them, and they were so responsive that I'm convinced they never sleep. My realtor was a bit skeptical of using an out of state lender but in the end noted that it was one of the smoothest closings she had experienced. Working with Ryan Pichardo exceeded our expectations. Ryan was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. At first we were a little skeptical about using an out of town lender, but their rates and service beat anyone locally. Ryan always responded in a timely manner, answered calls, even after hours and on weekends. Everything Ryan explained to us up front was true to word, and we even closed on our home earlier than expected.
