Ryan was able to get our rental property (a condo) refinanced to a lower rate and we had been told it would be very difficult by other lenders due to it being a condo and also not our primary residence. He accomplished it with no problems at all. Many thanks!!!!!!

I refinanced my home to take out a little cash for remodeling. I selected First Mortgage Direct after talking to about 3 other companies, comparing the rates and closing costs. Rob was by far the most professional, upfront with everything, while some of the other companies seems to try to "hide" some of the added costs. Matt went above and beyond for us in purchasing our first home. From the moment I put in the app I was able to tell that Matt was going to be a great lender to work with, he was very attentive and professional. Mr. Matt Crall reached out to US! I was contemplating using my bank until I started reviewing their contract proposals and talking to the loan agent about closing costs and time-to-close. My bank was closer to 45 days than the LESS THAN 30 days it took to close with Mr. Matt and NBKC! Also, NBKC, through Costco, saved us over $4,500!
