So this was my first online application for a mortgage and Matt was far better than any local mortgage broker I've done business with in the past (note that this was my 4th house purchase). I have absolutely no hesitation in doing business with Matt again, and I would have nothing but great praise for anyone asking my input or feedback.

We just purchased a home financed by Home Direct Mortgage. Ryan Picharo was my broker. He's always right to the point and was able to handle and manage any obstacle calmly. From the very start Ryan offered the outmost customer service a lender can provide their clients. If you are looking for the best pls give Ryan a call. You won't be disappointed.

Rob at First Mortgage Direct was awesome. If you're worried about an online lender, he and his team use all the standard tools and were courteous, communicative and helpful. This is the fourth house I've purchased, and first time using an online lender. Any concerns I had melted away when he came back with rates, and fees. I'd absolutely use Rob and his team again.

Rob Ferger and his team are true professionals. I've been in the mortgage business for several years now so I know how frustrating the process can be, but Rob and Amanda at First Mortgage Solutions made it very easy on me. We just purchased a new home and Rob and Amanda were fantastic to work with. Rob always responded immediately to any questions we had, and he kept us updated during the whole process. There were no surprises along the way, and he and Amanda were able to get our loan closed in just 3 weeks.

Ryan randomly emailed me about refinancing my home loan and I was skeptical because he works for the bank that owns the bank who holds my note. It seemed like a scam because it was a zero cost refi and the email had a screenshot of my mortgage statement. Intrigued enough by the email, I called him. He is super smart and efficient. Matt is very polite and very responsive to every question I had during the process. Matt is also very knowledgeable about every aspect of the loan. He even called me on a regular basis just to let me know how the loan process is going without me requesting it. I would highly recommend Matt as your loan officer. BTW, I got the best rate for a 30 yr fixed VA loan as of 9/2017. My realtor even asked me at closing how did I get such a low rate, she has not seen rate that low in this timeframe.
