I was more than hesitant to put my eggs into one basket with an online Non-Local Lender but boy am I glad that I did. Not only did they beat my local lenders rate, but the fees were next to nothing and they worked with what I wanted and not what the bank preferred. My wife and both work and have four kids so the only time that we could discuss refinancing our house was after the kids were in bed or on the weekends. It didn't matter what day or what time though, Ryan was very responsive to our calls and answered all of our questions and broke things down so we could understand them. If I refinance this home again or purchase a new home, I will call Ryan first.

Our experience with Matt and NBKC Bank was wonderful. We never met face to face but the mortgage process went seamless despite us being in Michigan and Matt's office being in Missouri. All calls and inquiries were answered without delay. Matt was conscientious and courteous, very knowledgeable about the lending process, and kept us appraised of possible problems well before they were an issue. We closed without a hitch and with no surprises.

Mr. R. Ferger provided very professional service of obtaining the loan for new home. Mr. R. Ferger was able to get the loan for the short time with interest much lower than other lenders. I definitely recommend Mr. R. Ferger.
