I tried 5 different mortgage companies I realized these brokers will tell you almost anything to get your business but Jake was great very straight forward from the beginning and always gives you updates rates changes and gives you all the options for you to decide what's best for you. The best part is at closing my final bill came out over 8k less than what I prepped for feels like a lottery.
