We were originally working with another lender, but ended up switching to Mutual of Omaha due to a better rate offer. Not only was Doug responsive, he made sure that all of my questions were answered and that his team would be able to meet our closing date (a little over two weeks when we first started talking). We closed on the house yesterday with no problems!

He answered all of our questions and concerns very quickly. He is an excellent problem solver.
