I am really delighted with the excellent care that I received from My Life (Kent). The ladies in the office were always happy to listen to any concerns and offer helpful advice, and the amazing care team were reliable, kind, very caring and always brightened up my day. Thank you so much for your much-needed support, after returning home from hospital after an operation. I would definitely recommend My Life to anyone needing care at home.

My sister had MyLife for a while and overtime increased and changed the care she had, they were very adaptable and would change things to suit her at the drop of a hat. The carers were charming, professional and most importantly caring and my sister loved all of them. In late 2020 she went into hospital and contracted the dreaded virus, when she returned home we were worried we wouldn’t get the care back but they surpassed themselves visiting numerous times a day to put our minds at rest, with us not being able to travel it ... read more

When we learnt of my father’s prognosis we were devastated and wanted him home as he wished, especially due to Covid. The quality officer in Hythe went out of her way to make this happen, she met us late at night due to a delayed discharge and helped get everything set up even going to the shop to grab some bits we had forgotten. The manager visited my family at a really critical point in my father's illness. He had returned from hospital and we did not know how we could respond to his needs which were changing quickly as a result of his terminal cancer. I saw many beautiful moments of connection between my father and the regular carers who visited our home up to four times a day. My mother had been with Mylife for many years and loved all the carers. She used to phone us every Sunday to tell us about her week which usually consisted of saying how great her carers had been. This gave us great comfort knowing she was in good hands. The assessor used to drop in to see mum and have a cup of tea with her which pleased her and us no end as we couldn’t get to Hythe as often as we would have liked. Mum's passing was made so much easier knowing she had remained in her own home as she had wished.
My husband receives visits of two carers four times a day for personal care, and a two-hour sit call once a week to allow me to go shopping. Carers are first class, polite, respectful of my husband's needs and tolerant of his constant mood changes. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone needing first-rate care in their own home.
