This could be a very short review as I can only think of one word that actually sum's up MyLife Kent, that being Abysmal, but in fairness to other potential service users I will elaborate on why this company is so bad. In fairness to the actual carers, I would say that the vast majority of them are exactly that, carers who actually care for their clients and show that they care. Saddens me to say I cannot give you a glowing report. The way the office staff have treated the clients on the Herne Bay run has been appalling. After being given 28 days notice you haven't even bothered to follow up on how your clients are. No one has even bothered to wish mum good luck or say goodbye, after all she did nothing wrong you just could not provide carers or so you said. Our 4 main carers have been wonderful and every single one of them has shown care and compassion to mum throughout this stressful month.

I appologise that you feel that you have been let down by the office team. We never want to hand back clients, and its not something we do lightly. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we found ourselves in a position where we could not provide safe and consistent care to clients in the Herne Bay areas. We have had a restructure in the office and made changes that were needed to allow us to provide a high level of service that Mylife is committed to.
