We have had MyLife for over 2 years and during that time have not needed to complain about the care they have given my husband. Having seen the difference of other companies we are so pleased that MyLife came to us. They are part of our family and we cannot praise them enough. They are trustworthy and we look forward to them coming every day.

All the carers were very professional, efficient, dedicated and caring. I could not have got a better team to care for my husband. They were kindness itself.

They do what is necessary and more, check my health is OK. Sometimes they will not take no for an answer.

I cannot thank your service enough, it was absolutely invaluable and necessary throughout 2017 as my father's Parkinsons and dementia worsened. All carers were uniformly excellent, hard working, cheerful and went a lot of extra miles with my father's care and dignity and helping myself when times were not easy. We would have been utterly sunk without your services support assistance; you were a lifeline when most needed. Thank you. I would strongly recommend your services to anyone.

I live overseas and returned to the UK and spent a month living with my mother who is cared for full time by MyLife. I saw first hand the excellent and professional care my mother was given and the attention to detail was excellent. I returned home feeling confident that my mother is being cared for extremely well.

I recently stayed two weeks with my Father and his wife. I was highly impressed with the level of care devoted to them. All the carers were doing a fantastic job, and some had gone above their duty of care, in looking after Dad and his wife. I think they are amazing. I found my two weeks very tiring, but also enjoyable as I know they are both in good hands. Thank you so much.

Extremely poor office management, causing distress to care workers and clients.

Alerted to an issue with my mother's ongoing care by the carers. Called the office to be told that her care would be terminated in 3 working days and that Social Services should have called me! My mother is under NHS care, not SS. The manager promised to call me back but didn't. The app which informs of care received is not working so no way of checking what care is being received.
