I have used MyLife for fifteen months so far. I have been enormously grateful for the service provided to me in that time. I have the same carer for two mornings a week, and he is excellent. I have also found the administrative staff extremely helpful. I cannot praise them too much.

All I can say is that my experience with everyone I have had contact with has been excellent in every way. I've been meaning to do this for ages. I've been using My Life for a few years now, and the last time I reviewed them I gave them a bad write-up, because when I started, the provision was all over the place. However, I would now like to set the record straight, This agency is better than most. 1. They do try to send the staff you get on with. So you have a team of staff you know 2. I receive help in the morning to wash and dress. The carer also makes my breakfast and a hot drink. I also have a carer visit in the early evening to help me change for bed and prepare an evening meal. I have severe arthritis which hampers my movement and the carers are very gentle, they also help with things such as hand washing and opening jars. I would not manage on my own without this help.

Generally happy - staff friendly and willing to learn. Generally kind and warmhearted. Perhaps timekeeping and leaving early is a consistent issue, not one I've dealt with. Overall good experience.
