Bad The bed, the toilet stools The house, the floors The place we had they called me and said that it was flooded. They gave us another place to stay. Got the wrong address and had to get the correct address. When we got to the house, we examined it and noticed there were roaches on the floor. They had been dead for a minute. Filthy Condo Unit The room was in a state of disarray. The carpet emitted a strong moldy odor and was excessively soiled, with a deceased cockroach present in the living area. The chairs were filthy. The bedspreads were also dirty and filthy which required laundering. Microwave was also nasty. Consequently, my stay was unsatisfactory, and I requested a refund, but unfortunately, no one contacted me regarding reimbursement. Nothing

Would not stay there again Upon arrival I requested upper floor due to my allergies and spoke with a Matt C. which he had a very nasty tone speaking very rude and no empathy when I was just trying to get an explanation as to why we were place on the ground floor. Not professional and he should not be working in the hospitality busy. The unit had roaches, the tv’s in the bedrooms did not work. The master bed was hard, horrible sleeping it was two twin beds pushed together which had a split in the middle. Location
