Disappointing Staff was rude, the condo was not together. Vents missing, drywall clearly not finished, access panel not closed in the closet, outlet not secure on wall, shower curtain dirty like filthy, towel bars weren’t on and none of the 3 tvs worked the entire time! Oh and ants! Ants all over the kitchen countertop! Convenience.

Disappointing Staff unfriendly and not prepared. on arrival sent us to someone room which is occupied, luckly the people inside not available at time we open the door, it could be worst. instade of sending 4657, they send us 5757. no apology. very mean staff. pool key is also issue. literaly we haveto beg them to get pool key after several trip to office. indoor pool always closed sign on it. false description of services they don't provide. dryer does not work. broken table in living room. no trash bags. no t Location

Not the best We had not plates, bowls or cups. Hardly any cooking utensils or pots or pans. We're not provided with any extra blankets for the pull out sofa. Pool was too small for the amount of people in the area. The location was good

The stay was poor and the staff was terrible. The condo was missing the storm door and the lock on the door was not secure and needed to be repaired. It looked like someone ripped the storm door off the condo. I made reservations for a king size bed but I got two small beds. I went to management and they put the two small beds together and called it a king bed. The television did not work in guess bed room. The condo was clean.

Considering we travel to Myrtle Beach often, this was our first bad experience. Booked 2 rooms. One room was great, with the exception of a the tub having a crack of about 6 inches. The other room we went to the office to inform of our concerns and requested service to no avail. While my 12 year old was in the shower, the bathroom door fell on her. Same room the washing machine was not working and had to use the other to rewash swimwear. Also, found several dead water bugs throughout the apartment. We were very disappointed ... read more

My expectations were too high for this place. Where do I start. Condo 103 was awful I definitely will make sure to never rent that place again. Was trying to dry my clothes in the dryer for two days. Have a lot of pictures. My kids enjoyed the pool. Be sure when you stay here they give you the red key chip to get into the pool area, or the mean security guy that hates his job will be rude and tell you to get out.
