Lovely place lovely view. Would highly recommend. It said it had a starter kit of things like dish detergent and washing powders which it didn’t . Other than that the PLACE WAS FANTASTIC, will be asking to come back there again except this time I want to be on top floor, sounded like a heard of elephants was on the top floor and couldn’t rest good. Good location, close to about everything there is.

First arrived locked out due to battery dying then customer service had an attitude as if I didn’t know what I was doing Staff Cleanliness

Bad The room I reserved wasn't what I got,not to mention out of 3 tvs in the condo none worked even after they had somebody to cm check it after 14hrs.... then to say booking.com was to reimburse me $44 after no TV 4 the whole wkend wit 2 14yr olds and a almost 2yr old needless to say whn I contacted booking.com they claim the website was not valid... The outside pool.

2 stars IBuilding 4895, room 403, didn't like the room we stayed in. It needs an upgrade. They mattress was horrible. You could feel the sprain in the bed. The bedding was old. You have twin beds with quuen size cover ! the TV is all old, and in master room, it didn't work. The carpet thru the villa was dirty and stained the garbage disposal smell for two days people don't use yellows pages and it was one under tv so you know the TV and TV stand old the contract owenee of the villa needs to renovated and make the room bright... read more

Bad The service I thought I was getting pool view and after arriving they said u can never listen to what booking.com says everyone got to check in earlier than us bc they said our room wasn't clean and still wasn't clean after entering we drove 12 hours ..so was trying to make the best of it. They gave us pond view which didn't go well with my son that sees water and wants to jump in that's why we wanted pool view so didn't go to the patio bc I didn't want him to jump in the staff was rude only had 4 towels the whole time w... read more

It was a nice place to stay, a lot of room for more guest. The sink not working properly, and not providing enough trash bags. Space

Stay was fine. Ridiculous that indoor pool only open until 5 Room smelled like dirty mop water and there was water on the floors when we got there. Screen on sliding door falling off screens broken on windows. Broken cupboards I’m kitchen. Definitely needs maintenance Pretty atmosphere

Bugs/spiders in rooms, way too many tv controllers, confusing to figure out. WiFi didn’t work consistently. Sheets w Unit was not clean, organized or comfortable. Unit Location
