Beautiful but left a bad taste. The suite 4701-204 was dirty and old. There was black gunk on the patio wall above the sliding doors. The patio floors were not cleaned. There was a bottle under one of the beds telling me that there was no proper cleaning done. The light switch was not working in one of the rooms. The bathroom doors were swinging instead of sliding. Filthy mess First off I checked in 8/31 at 4pm to a dirty unit. Towels in the bathtub, beds not made, ants on the countertop, trash in garbage. Overly frustrating when you have been driving over 4hrs and guest reservation specialist call you at 12pm to get a card on file and Lie telling you that your unit is clean and ready for you. Then the second night after being out all day return to maintenance patrol and the owner of the unit below stating that his apartment is leaking from the ceiling. Don’t stay here The staff was rude upon check in the communication was poor from the property. The carpets were soaking wet and smelled funny when we arrived. The bathrooms were disgusting. The rooms had dead bugs in the corners and closets. The bathrooms were not even stocked with toilet paper we get there and the roll is almost empty. Rude. On August 16th. Everything. Our room was on the 3rd floor and 4 flights of stairs. When my guest and I arrived at our room, the door was open and it was dirty and dusty. We had to clean the whole apartment from the entrance to the balcony. The balcony screen was broken. In the master bedroom, I thought that I paid for a king size bed and it was 2 twin beds, they told me that I had to put the beds together. My overall stay was okay but with some improvements it could have been better. The unit was outdated. Water pressure was low. Toilet was too low. Several things were damaged upon arrival. Maintenance staff walking in unit without prior arrangement. The bed was comfortable. The late hours for the outdoor pool were convenient!

Wouldn’t stay here again! The staff was rude and the pool passes were not given till middle of day 3. There was no way of getting them and when I was upset about it the staff was extremely rude. Also the balcony was tore up and could even utilize it I liked the location

Was stuck inside due to tornado watches and hurricane watches Not being able to get out and tour everything closed Did not like the bad weather everyday that I was there

Disappointing None of the Tv's worked the entire time we where there due to the condo owner not having the boxes. We complained two days in a row and gave up because the front desk kept telling us they'd be here soon and wouldn't do anything to make it right. Coffee pot was broken upon arrival but the front desk replaced it for us. The beds box spring was broken and VERY noisy, you couldn't roll over without waking the other person up.
