This was a very unhappy stay for my family and I! We paid a lot of money and the stay sucked for the 2nd time! Will not The tv in the master bedroom did not work, we reported it, no one came, we spent $890.00 and had no tv to watch when we returned to our villa. Both bathrooms were clogged up, and the shower curtain in the master bedroom had model on it! Very disappointed! The view of the golf course and able to be close to many attractions.

I have one word , BUSLLSHIT Everything the outlets didn’t work in children’s room Dishes we’re dirty when we got there But complain for what they never do anything Nothing it was dirty and looked nothing like the photos I seen of the inside . And if they were updated I would have not stayed

Disappointing
Won’t stay here again It was dirty with stains on the carpets in every room. Liquid stains, different colors such as pink. A screw was sticking out in the shower and it cut my husband. There were cigarette burns on our comforter. We flushed three large cockroaches down the toilet. The places needs some TLC badly. The location was good and kitchen updated

Bad Nothing the amenities were not in place the place was dirty and they were not willing to accommodate me at all. This property has put a bad taste in my mouth make me feel like I don’t want to book through booking anymore.

Very Disappointed never again. It was nothing like the pictures. When we arrived room was not ready and the tv’s did not work in unit. Unit was outdated.Very disappointed.Staff members at the front desk was unconcerned and very nonchalant. Never will I book this property again Location

To say I was disappointed would be an understatement The unit was outdated. The furniture was worn severely and needs to be replaced. The stove set off the fire alarm because the rubber around the stove door was burning. The ceiling fan did not have a cover…exposed wire! All of this was brought to the attention of staff. Picture emailed… they showed minimum concern I liked the location and the layout of the property.

Bad The water was shut off, The toilets didn't flush right. The fact that I was supposed to have a King size bed not a Swing King. I liked the location.
