the front office demanded that we move from one condo to another immediately. they told us the owners were coming into t the front office cleanliness of the condo

waste of trip and money. Could not live in property and had to leave. I have videos Both properties given was filthy. the outer appearance of the property is very deceiving. Outside is beautiful.

I am still tired from climbing this stairs, I was separated from my family, they were all in the same, I was not. My Condo and one other family members, were located on the 3rd floor with no elevator, I am 70+ and I had to walk up three flights of stairs, I am very unhappy. The area where it was located

I apologize that your unit was on the 3rd floor. We do have units on the first floor if first floor is requested, unfortunately if it is not requested in the reservation we only have so many units that are available
Vacation villa from hell Unit 305 was the not livable to anyone. This unit was disgusting and deplorable. There should be a monthly inspection on each unit to see where updates need to be done. Our vacation was ruined, we could not stay and enjoy ourselves due to the disgusting conditions of the unit. I was so upset that my husband and I immediately wanted to go home but didn’t due to the front desk closing at 5pm. We even contemplate sleeping in our truck. All of our units are individually owned and while we communicate with the owners, any changes or updates are ultimately their decision. We do have other units available if you would like to book with us again, we can make arrangements to have you stay in one of our other units on property.
The stay was ok, just had a few issues that they did resolve except for the issue with the bed. Shower in the kids bedroom didn't have a shower curtain. Had issues with Tv's in both rooms. Master bedroom didn't have a king size bed. Had 2 twin beds put together and was uncomfortable and defective. Room and property was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful

not recommend to stay not clean, no room services and staffs are horrible knowledgeable! near the beach

We appreciate feedback from all our guests and as it states on the website we only furnish towels and toiletries for the start of the stay. Guests are responsible for all toiletries after the initial ones placed in the unit. Towels are to be washed and reused with the washing machines and dryers provided
