Horrible we had to leave and rent a hotel It was dirty out dated for such a high price. Absolutely nothing.

ok The Condo was out of date and Furniture was old.. The staff was very friendly

Decent amenities, good location -horrible room! NO CHILD SAFETY IN THE ROOM!!!! MY NEPHEW WAS ALMOST HIT BY A CAR!! The front door is a pull down lock with no chain or anything to keep closed. He pulled the door open and ran out! This happened in a matter of minutes!! We spent the rest of the trip on edge and actually ended up cancelling our plans due to tension. The room was also VERY dirty. There were smashed bugs, broken furniture filthy walls, very little towels provided; especially for a family. The bathrooms were dirty... read more

We appreciate feedback from all our guests and as it states on the website we only furnish towels and toiletries for the start of the stay. Guests are responsible for all toiletries after the initial ones placed in the unit. Towels are to be washed and reused with the washing machines and dryers provided and do apologize that the unit was not up to standards. I will be speaking with maintenance and house keeping to make sure we are fixing issues and getting the detail work done in each unit

It would be a good idea to have someone inspect condos regularly for repairs to be made. The condo had broken tiles though out the kitchen, hall bathroom floors and the carpet in the living room was in bad shape and coming apart. I did not feel safe to walk barefooted in the condo because pieces of tile were very sharp. The Sliding glass doors curtain rod was not attached but on one end, the other end was resting on the molding strip. The amenities were nice and the residents where very friendly. The place was not clean and the furniture was broken ( no glass on the table that you eat on ) The facility was run down No breakfast served, location was nice

Disappointing The entire villa was dirty, bugs inside the villa. It was very unclean. The location

Never again! the inside is VERY outdated , you walk in and it’s seriously a blast from the past . there was no glass in our kitchen table , holes in the walls , mirror doors off track . Looks like a old smoker lives there the outside looked really nice
