Really disgusting. Bathroom sink under the front lip was covered with old toothpaste and what looked like bacteria. Front of tv stand had grimy spots. Toilet ran noisily for a long time after each flush and jiggling the handle didn’t help. Safe wouldn’t lock. Only one coffee cup. Poolroom smelled so strongly of chlorine I turned around and left. Front desk was notified and someone came up and took photos of the sink.
My room had a musty order that gave me a headache. Also the hallway rugs were stained and old. The hallways had an odor too. Not worth all of the money.
We arrived at this hotel and checked in. The first room we were given had a broken AC and movie theater popcorn level sticky floors. We were told if we wanted our room clean we needed to ask. It also said it on the TVs. Every day we asked and the responses we got were ridiculous, as if there was some complex mathematical theorem to determine when our room would be clean. Very noisy at night.. i called the front desk to complain.. they did nothing
Upon arrival, and 20 min at the front desk was yod my room was given away, meanwhile i checked in online 8am. Got different room, with super loud refrigerator and AC, felt like im sleeping in tractor trailer. Wanted to use the pool, couldn't walk into the room from smell of chlorine. Requested room service noone showed up. And other things. Super unhappy
