first room smelt like pure marijuana, switched rooms and the new room had no hot water all night and no working ac in room.

Nice hotel but beware of the thin walls! First night was fine. The second night there was a party and the music was booming until after 11pm. I called the desk 3 times and was told at 9:50 that it would be stopping shortly because of "quiet hours". The second time I was put on hold for 15 minutes and finally hung up. Third time spoke to a manager who apologized but said there was nothing he could do. My daughter needed to wake early for a volleyball tournament. It was anything but peaceful!

Disappointed There was a problem with the cleaniness of the room. Was brought to the attention of the front desk, who assured me that the manager would contact me. All my info was given but no contact has been made. Very disappointing for such a "high level" hotel. I do have photos to prove my issue but choose not to publish them here.

Tried ordering room service three times, no answer. Had to go diwn to lobby in order to do so. The room was uninviting.. linolium floors, dented up. Bathtub was old and chippdd. Not very clean. Would not go back.

We booked a king bed room and we walked into a room with two twon beds. The front desk was very helpful and changed our room no problem to a king size bed one. Later that night, we were getting ready for bed and found a random pair of women’s underwear in the sheets. So gross. The front desk sent someone up to give us new sheets and he was so nice and helpful, I forget his name unfortunately. It was my birthday and we paid A LOT to stay here and it just was not worth it at all.
