The hotel is very clean , personal is very nice , But sadly there were a baseball club and there many kids at the hotel, they did not practice social distance , they leave the elevator dirty with tissues, they were a mass, also i couldn't sleep well the last night, they were running screaming and the adults were laughing and it was 1:00 am in the morning slamming the doors. The hotel people came twice and after they leave they stared again.
There was an additional room charge taken for possible damages from the room - I am told it will be refunded, but I was not warned that they would be charging this prior to even inspecting the room. The bathroom was not clean and there was no running hot water during our stay.
We walked in and the comforter had a giant urine? stain and the bed didn’t look Like it had been made. The mat was clearly not cleaned between the beds. The manager apologized but only offered to change the sheets. We asked for another room but he didn’t have another room with two queens. No sort of offer for comp was made. We Went to the casino and came back and a guest was screaming loudly in the lobby at his wife and child and the staff just stood there watching. This is not the caliber of a Marriot property
Mauvais rapport qualité / Prix hôtel très bruyant. Notre chambre été située en dessus des aérations. Très mauvaise isolation phonique. ais le petit déjeuner était très correct.
