The hotel was "overbooked" despite having enough rooms. Staff was scrambling to clean rooms five hours after check out time (11am), in order to check us in at 4pm. We waited an hour and thirty minutes for our room to be cleaned, only to find a stack of dirty towels and trash in our closet...
Dirty dishes left outside our door at check in, the place could use a good scrubbing.
the sheets were dirty, hair on two pillows, toilet was not cleaned. We arrived late and tired and didn't want to deal with having to move rooms after having unpacked. Staff was friendly, however, especially the barista.
I liked the location of the property
Should have been better Not what we expect a resort hotel should be. Windows in our room were cracked and taped, moisture collected on them. Turn down service was not available, in fact a clerk at the reservation desk did not know what we meant. Bar did not open until 5pm.
