They did a great job on my cat Betty’s surgery.
RecommendedMy cat ate some yarn late on a Saturday, so I had to rush him to an emergency veterinarian. They were able to take X-rays and determine he had in fact a linear foreign body and would need surgery. The did a great job with keeping me updated. The surgeon even called me before the surgery as well as after to let me know all went well. They also did a great job of keeping me in the loop as he was recovering the next days and were very attentive to him. Although the tests performed were inconclusive, I left feeling confident that Dr. Eich had ruled out anything serious. The meds and diet prescribed for Duke's stomach issues made a difference within 24 hours. Dr. Eich and the nursing staff were friendly, caring and thorough. I would take Duke back there again, no hesitation.

NVS took such good care of my senior black lab. I brought her in late one night with an emergency. They took quick action and walked me through all my options. The staff was kind and empathetic. They understood how scary this situation was and were so amazing with me. They got my Rosie right into surgery and kept me updated all along the way. I cannot recommend them enough if you have an emergency.
I want to thank the amazing staff and team at NVS. My four-legged friend has spent the last 7 days there in doggie ICU but thanks to the amazing people, from the front desk to the back room, we have our pup back. She’s not yet at 100% but there’s no doubt she will be with time. I also want to specifically mention Nurse Laura Johnson. A very big THANK YOU for the kindness I received here when my Great Pyr, Louie, went downhill quickly. Dr. Josh Good's bedside manner, in particular, was so comforting, and all the staff involved were compassionate. The waiting room, treatment room, and sadly, the lounge where I said goodbye, were all the best I could hope for. I have been here before with Louie, for much more laughable episodes, and always encountered helpful and courteous staff. THANK YOU.
My dog Khaos has lymphoma and we have been seeing Dr. Vancil for his chemo treatments. Dr. Vancil, Lindsay Meyer and his whole team are FABULOUS!!
