We recently had to bring our fur baby Lady in for ingesting some expired medication we didn't know we still had. Everybody there was so friendly & courteous & extremely helpful & informative. Our sweet Kiku, the younger of two Japanese Spitz sister, sustained a left ACL tear three weeks ago while playing with our other kiddos. We took her to NVS to consult with Dr. Wes Roach regarding the best course of action to take, hoping for a full recovery and allowing Kiku to return to pre-injury form. I sadly had to put my 18 year old cat down yesterday. The second I walked in they were ready to bring him into the back to get the IV set up and within two minutes they had a room ready for us. They were very professional but at the same time very personable. They comforted me as I said goodbye to my best friend and walked me through the whole process. I cannot say enough good things about this Vet and their team! My cat was seriously ill, and I knew I needed an emergency vet. I brought him in and began to complete the paperwork, before I had finished the paperwork, they had triaged him and determined he needed immediate care. They took him away and began treating him for dehydration and trying to stabilize him. Very good doctors and a professional staff. My dog had neurosurgery by Dr. House and was hospitalized for three days. She and the staff kept me informed every step of the way on his condition and prognosis. The surgery was a success, and my dog is on his way to a full recovery.
