My rescue terrier had a heat stroke one early morning in July and I called on my way. They triaged him immediately on a very busy day and I even had the chance to visit with him to be sure he was calm and not too anxious about separation from Mom.
I highly recommend Nashville Veterinary Specialists & Animal Emergency. They took excellent care of my cat when he had bladder stones and a partial blockage. Dr. Roach is an excellent surgeon, was very kind to my cat, and always responsive to questions. Darlene was also amazing to interact with. The clinic is very clean and the front staff was immediately responsive to my cat's needs when we walked through the door. I had to bring my dog in for care since she was so lethargic. They got her right in. All the staff was very caring and made sure that my dog was taken care of. What a great place!

All staff were attentive and caring during a very sad time. I was treating Phoebe for kidney failure, but learned at emergency clinic there were multiple probable lymphoma lesions in gut, and that one had ruptured through intestinal wall. There is quiet family room to gather family with fur baby to say goodbye, and they let us sit with her for several hours. They even notified Phoebe's "home" vet for me. Made a horrible situation as comfortable as possible. Thank you all for your kindness.
