RecommendedWe really love NPI! Ron did an inspection on a house we were looking at a couple of years ago, and saved us a ton of grief! We bought a different home a year later. We recently decided to have Ron come and inspect it for us just for our own peace of mind. He is thorough and explains everything he is doing along the way. You will really know what is happening with your home with an NPI inspection. The cost is very reasonable and Ron is a nice guy too! Bonus!!

He generated a lengthy report documenting his work with photos, explanations, and regulatory citations.
