I was sent a letter stating I was the beneficiary of my Husbands 403B plan. I received a letter a month later stating I was not the beneficiary...They gave it to his EX wife....I have produced divorce papers stating she was divested of all 401 and retirement benefits. Now they are giving me the run around its been 4 years for Gods sake.....They will not give in. They keep sending me paper work to fill out I do then they sent something different. I did speak to an Attorney and said I need to just go ahead and file a lawsuit.

On Oct. 2, 2017 I refinanced a vehicle with Nationwide Bank. I was sent a package to have notarized and sent it back UPS 2nd day air. Got proof of delivery. Nationwide continued to call me and say they did not receive it. When I would call they would say we got it but don't know where it is.They sent a second one and I sent it back. Got confirmation on it. Nationwide kept contacting me saying they need the documents. When I would call them they would inform me that someone signed and got them, but they could not find them. Nationwide is a fraud! First they told me that I was covered properly for my two homes, one of which my elderly mother lives in and the other that I live in. After the person who I had been working with was fired and I had already moved my car and houses to them they tell me that they can't cover my second house at all, but never refunded me for the entire year I had already paid them. totaled my car took over a week to hear anything back and that I had to start complaining loudly. then they have the GALL to tell me my car is only worth a small amount , they price compared. funny the cars that they compared mine to had at least 30.000. more miles and no turbo engine. I have GAP insurance with them and they say it has a cap???!!! when I got the gap insurance I was told if anything happened it would cover the difference between the value and the amount still owed. It appears I am going to get rid of NATIONWIDE after being with ALLIED since 1998. When Nationwide removed Allied from their company and dissolved it completely leaving only the parent company Nationwide to take all control my problems began. I have been on the phone 2 to 3 or more times a month keeping Nationwide in check. After detailed discussion with the company prior to buying a house, a policy was set that both aligned with my needs and what was required in order to obtain my mortgage. This was done several weeks prior to closing on the house. After closing and entering escrow with Nationwide insurance, an "inspector" was sent to my house. I have been with Nationwide for over 11yrs but recently canceled. I have a child that just got his license and nationwide decides to add him to my insurance without contacting me first. I look at my bill and see it went from $170 to ****near $400. I called my agency to see what's going on and they tell me that the underwriters added him because he got his license and it's too late for me to cancel my payment that is scheduled to be automatically deducted from my account the following business day. DON'T EVER GET AN AUTO LOAN WITH NATIONWIDE BANK! 1) They are the only bank I ever had to sign a POWER OF ATTORNEY (Especially after they already gave me the loan, They Jack up the interest rate if you don't sign) 2) A balance transfer check had been paid towards my loan which never posted (but had cleared issuing bank). I messaged them asking why the payment never posted.
