I wouldn’ Recommend this company to anyone. The agent talked over me and hung up in my face. They also processed my payment four days ago and still has yet to draft the payment.

I filed a calm on my roof for hail damage with nationwide, their adjuster came out looked at my roof only offered to fix half of the roof and after the $2000 deductible, they would only pay $67. The roofing company tried to tell the adjuster that they could not even find shingles to match with the half that nationwide wouldn't fix. Finally ditched Nationwide due to their dishonest billing practices. I've always paid premiums in full, but Nationwide plays tricks to get you to pay $5 installment fee. First, they don't send a bill until the payment is overdue. Then they will subtract the $5 fee first on a FULL PAYMENT, and call it a partial payment. I've asked them to waive the $5 fee as they could clearly see I paid in full and on time, but they won't do it. So Nationwide can keep my $5 and lose my business. After submitting my claim, they said they would be back with me on the following Friday, about 2-3 days later. I did not hear back until a week and a half later, after asking my claims coordinator to please tell the loss adjuster to call me. I called multiple multiple times and left voicemails, and was completely ignored. When I finally got my proposed settlement, it was less than what should have been the value of my car, and had been calculated with cars that had an outrageous number of miles and lesser trim packages. I have repeatedly asked the sales department for this company to take me off of their call list, but they continue to call. When I ask the representatives to take me off their call list, which they are required by federal law to do, they hang up on me before I can complete the request. The most recent instance of this is on 8.16.2019. I've been submitting on the same pet claim since October of 2018, it's now August of 2019. Every time I submit something, I never hear anything from them. So I wait a month, then wait an hour on hold and they tell me I'm either missing something from the vet, which I'm not, or they didn't receive the upload from their so-called app. At this point they have 5 years worth of documents on my dog and are still saying they haven't received enough information. We filed a claim with nationwide. Was a hassle to get a hold of our case specialist. Then the claim was denied based on fraudulent documentation from the policy holder. This is not a professional company. Be aware, they are misleading and when you request documents the agent was very vague.
I'd give 0 but they make you put at least one. Strongly recommend that you don't get dog insurance through them. I keep submitting claims and they keep rejecting them saying they are illegible, its been months now. Also, my dog has been a member for years but he just became a senior and they went from 600 a year for premium to 1300 for the same services and claim its just natural price increases. They are not a good insurance (Auto) company to deal with. Very sketchy And VERY UNPROFESSIONAL from the claims adjuster to the supervisor. I was in a car accident a month ago there was a issue with my car that was resolved but when it was resolved they no longer want any parts of it, called them several times left several voice mails no answer or call backs. A waste of time and money.
