They never send me a text notification about billing autopay they took it out. I ask can they reverse the process of payment. They said they can’t now have negative balance in my account.
Horrible insurance company. I will never use them again, learned my lesson. They cancelled my home owners policy “mistakenly” when I called and cancelled my auto policy with them. I was uninsured for 2 weeks and did not even know it. I even specifically told the agent that I was keeping my homeowners with them. You can’t trust them. Wish I could give them 0 stars!

I’m pretty young and been in the military for 6 years. Never in my life I thought I would be questioned or disrespected to this degree. I contacted Nationwide on May 10, 2019 because they had added my landlord's daughter to my auto policy. This made my premium go up an additional $430.00 per month. However, my landlord's daughter has been driving over a year, has a vehicle and is covered under her mother's insurance policy. When I contacted the customer service line, it went sour. Horrible service. When I cancelled my policy the representative advised me to do a stop pay on my account because it was too late for them to stop the payment. 4 months later I get a credit collection letter telling me I owe almost $300. I called nationwide and was on hold more than I actually spoke with the representative because she didn’t know the information other than a payment was due.

The worst for any communication ! The adjusters do not stand behind their word, new adjusters don't call back don't call my lawyer back ! Cancelling and non-renewing coverage all throughout our neighborhood. A Customer for 15 years. 1 minor water claim in all that time. They claimed they sent information to us regarding things around our home that needed to be cleared. No such notice was ever received. We then received our non-renewal. We had heard from several neighbors that even after they jumped through all the hoops, they were still cancelled. They call immediately on the due date and demand the money telling me I have a responsibility. They tell at you! Spoke to a supervisor and did the same thing.

The folks at Nationwide did not file my withholding for the proper state. All I got was an Opps We're sorry.Now I get to waste my time filing for a refund from a state I have nothing to do with. I will never work with Nationwide again, they cannot even bother to pay attention to paperwork people fill out.
