They call immediately on the due date and demand the money telling me I have a responsibility. They tell at you! Spoke to a supervisor and did the same thing.

The folks at Nationwide did not file my withholding for the proper state. All I got was an Opps We're sorry.Now I get to waste my time filing for a refund from a state I have nothing to do with. I will never work with Nationwide again, they cannot even bother to pay attention to paperwork people fill out.

These people are scams. To whoever looking for pet insurance DO NOT go through these people. They are very uneducated people. They take way over 30 days to process a claim. They are scam artists. I want everyone to know this before you go through this nationwide pet insurance..

Our car was stolen on thanksgiving 2018. It was recovered in North Dakota on December 3rd it has been to months since the whole situation started and nationwide will not return phone calls or emails. Over and over again we have had an adjuster scheduled to come and look at the vehicle and they have yet to show up. Do not use nationwide insurance they are a joke.

My relatively new truck was stolen from my driveway overnight. I had accidentally left it unlocked and had been keeping a spare key inside the console. A mistake I won't easily make again. So when some opportunistic thieves came through the neighborhood to steal from cars, they took off with the whole vehicle. Thanks to Onstar it was quickly recovered the next morning. My wife was involved in an accident at a store parking lot in November, 2018. The Nationwide insuree who hit my wife's Mercedes fled the scene. My wife took some pictures of his truck on top of my wife's car along with his license plate number before he ran off. My wife then called the police and got the case number. I have been a Nationwide customer for years. Every year I have auto-renewed my policy out of laziness, despite realizing I was overpaying for my insurance. On October 17th, I received notice that my policy would auto-renew and that they would be direct debiting the cost from my account as usual. Nationwide, I cancelled my policy well before the last day of my policy was ending because you guys gave me a quote for a POTENTIAL car I was getting from Carvana (THAT I NEVER BOUGHT OR DROVE) I wanted a QUOTE and to add coverage but when I saw it was too much and I did not get the car I asked you guys immediately within the same couple of days to take that car off the policy that Carvana did not process my loan and I never physically had the car.
