Nature Hills send me a sick Dogwood Tree and refuses to refund my $80. I send pics immediately and the tree is getting sicker. I do not recommend them at all.
This site has nice pictures, and a good concept. There's the positives I've experienced. My first attempt at placing an order I ordered a bush from the Bogo offer (nice red sticker)only to have the screen flash that it didn't apply as Bogo) tried b4 and tried. Didnt work filed a ticket. A day or 2 later I went to check.no ticket, no order, had to re register.tried to order a different bush plus the original. All the way till the end. Waited one month they did not ship my tree. When I called to cancel they said they can’t send it out because of weather for an entire month and if I want to cancel there is a 10% fee. Pure scam
You never want to buy from Nature Hills Nursery unless you want to be pestered by unwanted emails. You can try to unsubscribe but when you click that button it merely brings you to their website. So just get ready to continually delete their emails.
Sent dead bush. They say NO warranty. Be careful and consider business who backs up their product.
Deplorable customer service. This company essentially stole $200 from me. They sent me a dead tree and refused to replace it without additional charge or refund me. DO NOT SHOP HERE
If I could give no stars I would. Received dead sticks that were supposed to be cherryblossom trees. Received no response and no refund when I complained and sent pics. Do not buy from this company Ann C Foglesong
Sold by Customer service on two purchases. A Japanese maple and a Japanese Holly. When the plants arrived they were tiny compared to the description over the phone. The price of the Japanese Holly was three times more than the local Nursery for a plan half the size. Japanese Maple was a 1 year old stick. Total ripoff.
Lesson a month ago, I ordered two plants: a Manzanillo olive and a French panicle hydrangea. The olive arrived first and was totally loose in the box and arrived somewhat damaged. I planted it and followed instructions as given by NATURE HILLS, but a month out I have serious doubts that it is. It was determined this morning when I did a scratch test on a branch of the hydrangea that it was dead.
