I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Nature Hills Nursery and I feel it's necessary to share my experience to caution future customers. I ordered a Weeping Cherry plant on May 3,2023, for $167.14, and received it on May 12,2023. To my dismay, the plant was not as described or expected. I wouldn't recommend this company. I place a order containing several plant food items, some bushes and 1 rose bush. I did this without an account as a guest. The bushes and plant food came in ok, bit banged up but nothing major. The rose bush was a larger put and came in a box about 4 feet high. There were no stickers marking which side up nor that the product was fragile, the box was again banged up a bit. Ordered two Galaxy peach trees. Came packed together with 12-14 inches of each tree bent over in packing box that was too short. One limb is actually cracked. Some leaves look like a fungus on them. Since customer service kicked my complaint up the chain a week ago, I’m still waiting for a response.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Bought a dwarf tree for over $100. Tree never grew and died. Company will not refund your money nor will they replace the dead tree. Do not waste your time buying from this company as the product is awful and they are way over priced! There are plenty of companies out there that will back their product.

Always hesitant to buy live plants online, this is why. I ordered $170 of purple beauty phlox 4 - No. 1 containers ( 1 gal) I received 4 - 6 inch pots (1.4 qts). These were available locally for $17 each ($68) , I ordered 4 large 1 gal. plants. Customer service tells me I got nice plants. I paid approx. $92 too much and cannot get a refund or more phlox. I hate bait and switch.

Three Ornamental grass plants I ordered arrived looking pitiful. For $32.00 each, I expected more. One plant had come out of it's holder in the box and could not be revived. After several days of trying to save the plant, I called Nature Hills about a replacement. I was told that I could get a new plant for half price because I didn't purchase the higher insurance to guarantee replacement. Why should the customer guarantee replacement? I will not order from Nature Hills again. Very disappointed!

I bougth 2 chineese westirea last year, they are beutiful, what surprise me was the root booster ,I have plants around the tree that was planted 8 months ago and have same flowers as when I planted that day ,its hard to bealeve my name Luis f de sousa, email ( lsfdesousa88@gmail.com

If you want red hydrangea bush don't order the red from here they are pink not even close to red.

I planted Common Purple Lilac in the fall. AT the time, it seemed to have some kind of buds (Don't know of it was leaves or flowers). However, the plant never sprouted and the tips turned brown and died.
