USED SOLD AS NEW Put a new stick into my jacuzzi two weeks ago, and now my jacuzzi needs to be emptied and refilled. Wondered by the box was all broken and taped back together. Think I got used sticks. Guess that's why they were so cheap. INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED and now it's too late to return them.

The zodia stock was intact The package were my zodiac spa stick was contained was destroyed. Good thing the stick was not destroyed

Was hopeful, not working for Intex inflatable spa So badly wanted this to work. Our inflatable spa is inside, so it should be even easier manage. Before we began to use, took sample of our water to the pool store to get it perfect before using this stick, per directions. Made sure it was stable and balanced, then tied a string to the control unit, placed the vented part of the stick directly in front of the water output. Hasn’t helped a bit. If anything, I seem to need chlorine more frequently. I’d return it, but it’s a hass... read more

One was missing an extender, but I didn't use it, just dropped both inside the filters. Waiting to see how well they work.
