Housing failed just after 30 day return period UPDATE: 5/5/2023The manufacturer replaced the damaged cartridge at no charge and the same thing happened. Top of the cartridge blew off. Pool pressure is below 20PSI and I replaced the pressure gauge to validate. Now I have a permanently installed liability and little round pellets in the gravel around my pump. it leaked it leaked on day one from the top and sales company wouldn't replace it.I've had about 10 of these with no issues over the years. This one was obviously bad out of the box.
Nature 2 express mineral cartridge I find it to be useless and a waste of money. It did Not solve algae problem without considerable chlorine. Does not meet its claims.
Defective product As noted in other reviews too blew off and was unusable after 3 days of use. No response from company for replacement or refund after product was returned
Exploded, burned out filter We replace our cartridge every 6 monthly. This time we purchased through this vendor on Amazon. After 8 years, a fluke occured and the cartridge exploded... We didn't notice until late afternoon when the water level was inches under the tile... Defective item ... Delivered March 2, 2022, professionally installed May 21, 2022, and it blew off my pool on 6/26/2022. I have had this pool since 2015, ordered this item, and had it professionally installed each time....this never happened before.
Leak Issue I have purchased several of the Nature2 Express 2 Mineral Sanitizer cartridges from In The Swim. Some have been fine, but several have leaked from the top. I do not know if this is a manufacturing defect or related to In The Swim. Unfortunately, I often buy these to have on hand, so the faulty units are non returnable as past 30 days. These are not cheap, so buyer beware!!!
Cartridge was leaking from the 1st use. Install in March and was leaking from the beginning and tried to fix numerous times. changed all new filter pipes and still leaking. Replace today with new cartridge and now working fine. Past the date to return item.
Overpriced This product is designed and meant for the LAZY who cant be bothered putting chorline pucks or grains into the chlorinator or pool. This product is overpriced and you can hardly tell if it is working or not until you pool test. Suckers beware!
