Cartridge was leaking from the 1st use. Install in March and was leaking from the beginning and tried to fix numerous times. changed all new filter pipes and still leaking. Replace today with new cartridge and now working fine. Past the date to return item.
Overpriced This product is designed and meant for the LAZY who cant be bothered putting chorline pucks or grains into the chlorinator or pool. This product is overpriced and you can hardly tell if it is working or not until you pool test. Suckers beware!

Nature2, not for new pool pumps I give up. I've tried these for years and they don't work. Now, I know why. If you have one of the new efficient pool pumps, it doesn't put out enough flow to run the water through their "mystery minerals." I called Nature2 techs and they blamed the pool installer without even looking at it. Nature2 knows about this. I have wasted enough money on this and am getting a different sanitizer from another company through pool guy.
Nature2 Failure After owning and using the Nature2 for 12 years, this is the first time anything has went wrong. I purchased the cartridge on March 13 and finally opened the pool yesterday.... after all hookups were made and system purged of air, it worked fine for about 20 seconds at which point the top blew off and the chem pellets went everywhere.... How do I get a replacement? Thank you!!

Used this product for years I have used the Nature 2 in my above ground pool for a number of years and really think it helps keep my pool water clear. I went a few years without using it and all I had was trouble keeping my water from turning green. The product I purchase on Amazon is half the price of the pool catalogs.
