There are so many things to consider when purchasing a home and John was able to help me narrow down what I needed. We went online to pull up areas to view the cost and varying choices before setting foot out to see homes, which in itself is exhausting. At each home he pointed out things that I should be aware of, roof age, yard maintenance, asking me how do I see myself in this home. Yvonne will make sure you find the home you want. She's very knowledgeable about the city and neighborhoods. She was always a few steps ahead too make sure I got things I didn't even think to ask for; such as, closing cost credits, a home warranty. She has a lot of connections and she will let you decide what one's you need. If you need anything just ask she's there to help and explain each step. Yvonne is knowledgeable and she's fast. Caitlin just helped us find a home in Spring Branch. She is absolutely the best realtor we have ever used. She listened to what we were looking to for in a home, scheduled the appointments to see homes when it was convenient for us, and was quick to return phone calls when needed. Mr. Jacobs represented my sister and myself in the sale of our childhood home after the passing of our Father. Chris was kind and compassionate and was a pleasure to work with in the listing and With everyt between (pictures taken, the listing, assistance with problems that arose with the inspection of a 50 plus year old home.) Amazing realtor that was extremely knowledgeable and great with negotiations. I would 100% recommend Matt Vela to assist in the purchase or sale of your residence. Such a good guy that he still answers my questions and has even recommended businesses that can assist with the problems that arise as a homeowner.

My family required some special handling as change in any way is extremely difficult. John listened to that and handled the showings with great character. He was also able to listen to what we truly needed and not just what we said we wanted. John had to work with us for more than 6 months as we were moving to TX from NV. We as a family are very glad that within the Neal and Neal Real Estate office we were able to find John.
