Due to a previous working relationship with Jim Bell- Naturally when the occasion presented itself; we wanted to work with him again. Jim Bell guided me through the process, literally step by step ! Excellent Communication, Follow Through and Knowledge.
Chris and his team did a great job selling our house. They worked super hard the whole time. Anytime I had a question there was an immediate response.
We had an unusually difficult sale due to multiple problems outside of Chris Jacobs' control including the COVID-19 pandemic! But, Chris was steadfast in his efforts and showed great leadership to get the sale done at a great price for us. Chris was highly responsive, courteous, efficient and meticulous. Overall, he did a fantastic job and we highly recommend him!

Chris managed a sale for me involving an estate for a home 4 hours away from where I live. He was not only professional and hard working, his network connections were invaluable to me. I never had to return to check on the property or handle another issue throughout the process. Speaking of the timeframe, he sold it quick for a great price!
