Jim Bell and the Neal & Neal team were excellent. Jim went above and beyond. We were looking to move to Texas from Wisconsin. After making two trips and finding nothing, I asked Jim to look at houses that I selected from the MLS. Not only did he have a good eye for what I was looking for, but he found our perfect house. The closing process went smoothly and we have moved in. Now, if someone would help with unloading all the boxes.

My husband and I were completely lost and confused with the house buying process until we were fortunate enough to meet John! He helped us through every step and always took the time to explain anything we didn't understand. He advocated for us and always made time on weekends and evenings to answer questions. He was willing to undertake our hectic schedule, tirelessly worked around the clock to help us find our dream home, and negotiated very well for us at closing. There aren't enough words to describe how amazing our experience was with Jason and the Neal & Neal Team. Within a week, we went from contacting Jason to looking at multiple properties, and even submitted an offer that was accepted. Jason listened to our concerns and helped us find our perfect home. We are so thankful for everything he did and we will be sending ALL of our friends who are looking to buy a new home to him!

I'm very happy to have had this real estate agency work for us I would highly recommend these guys and let Chris Jacobs take you step by step that was the best way that I can remember to have helped us make the best decision in our lives the communication was there in every step of the way. hats off to Chris Jacobs as I think in my opinion one of the best agents to have worked for us thanks it was a long journey but well worth it thanks Chris God bless.

The amount of patience and compassion Chris Jacobs had throughout this process was phenomenal. This was not an easy transaction but he held strong and really guided us to the shining light at the end of the tunnel we called closing. He kept us upbeat and notified throughout the entire process.
