Highest Recommendation! We had an excellent experience working with the Neal and Neal Team to purchase a house in San Antonio. The entire team was great. Big thank you to everyone who helped us behind the scenes! We worked extensively with a buyer's agent named Jim Bell. Jim helped us above what we can reasonably expect. Tripsie is amazing! Buying or selling a home can be a nightmare, but Tripsie guided us along the way. She set reasonable expectations of what needed to be done in our journey and most of all, she has a very honest and kind personality. I would recommend her to anyone and look forward to working with her again!

Chris Jacobs and the entire Neal & Team crew were absolutely top notch throughout the whole moving process. My family is moving from out of town, and I can't describe how difficult it was to find realtors or agents that would work with us on a serious level. The Neal and Neal Team was extremely helpful during the whole process, especially when I needed someone to complete roof and HVAC repairs on the home. They found the right people to do the works.

Matt was excellent!! Would recommend for any buyer from first time buyers to more experienced buyer. Patient when you need it and right on top of it when required.

John was available right away anytime I had questions and was very knowledgeable. I am not from this area and John told me what I needed to know. He was able to be my stand in for the final inspection and sent me pictures of everything that I had requested be repaired. Highly recommend this team!

John Guerrero helped us buy our first home. He was very patient and informative. He showed us many houses, at our request, and helped us get the house we wanted! He stayed in touch, and encouraged us along the way. He gave us a great reference for a mortgage company. He was always ready to answer questions and explain things along the way.
