We have worked with Waterstone in the past when first purchasing our home and the process was a breeze. We used them again when refinancing and the process was just as smooth. Neal will definitely advocate for you when necessary. Definitely would recommend using Neal, Molly,and the rest of the Waterstone Mortgage team for any of your future needs.
Waterstone was referred to me by my realtor. The application process went well. Their web-based technology made it easy to provide information and upload documents. Neal and Molly were very accessible by email and phone. Neal got me a good rate and walked me through the calculations in a way that I clearly understood. There were no glitches at closing and now I have a good mortgage on my condo.
