First of all, they wouldn't commit to an actual day they'd show up to do the work. Said they'd show up sometime during the week. I have a locked gate, so that wouldn't have worked. I was going to cancel (and I should have) but they said that normally they charge extra for a set day, but that they'd waive the fee since I was a first-time customer. Left screws all over my property. Screws in my tires. Screws in my pets mouth. I got screwed.
They were hired over two weeks ago and they haven't come out to do the job. Called them yesterday to cancel the service. Was told the would come out today 8/15/19. If they don't come today I will cancel the service
We have wooden gutters. When we booked Ned Stevens for a gutter cleaning we thought we would also get a written comment as to any future work that might be needed. Repairs, etc. we never received one. I called customer service and was told we did not receive one since they do not repair wooden gutters. That should be disclosed on their website.

We hired them, however they stated they could not do the work do to type of home. We are a simple colonial structure. Not sure how they are the market leader...?
They came unannounced. Was same day I had contractor come to stain outside deck. Told gutter cleaners to stop since they couldn?t get deck wet. Went into house to call gutter contractor, he said no problem tell them to come back another day. By time I went back outside they had continued to clean gutters and gotten deck wet. Called back office and his response was ?maybe it will dry in time, what do you want me to do? . I expect workers to stop when I tell them to, they did not. The workers started to use water hose to clean out gutters and leaves and dirt started falling on my deck furniture. They should have moved furniture or asked me to move it before the dirt started falling on my deck furniture, which I finally moved and then had to clean after they left.

Cleaned gutters by blowing and flushing - resulting is debris falling to ground and then being blown around instead of being collected.
