Made me wait 2 weeks, when they came out they left me a message they couldn t do the job because of ladder positioning. Whatever that means but it s a crock! These gutters are cleaned every year and I ve also done them myself. I ve since hired a LOCAL company, they were there the next day and they did a great job. Beware when hiring Ned Stevens to clean your gutters.

The person is here now, he does not speak English. When I made the appointment I told them we would possibly need some repairs and new gutters in the back and we would go over what we wanted. This can't happen now. I want my money back.

They required credit card info before they would give me a cost estimate. I waited 2 1/2 weeks until their representative appeared. I received no estimate, I signed no contract, they claimed to have cleaned my gutters, which they had not done. They proceded to charge my credit card $371 for no work having been done. They told me that their workmen had produced bags of refused claimed to have been removed from my gutters which is impossible because as their representative arrived at my house, another company was just completi... read more

The first trip the service was poor. The came back and did an excellent job. I would hire them to install the gutter I need but only if the same people who did the second cleaning came out. I would like to keep that same crew. I was told they cannot so I am looking for another company,

I hired them. They charged my credit card. Then called back to say they could not clean my gutters. The gutters are up high on the third floor level. This same company cleaned my gutters twice in the past. It is exactly the same house. The did refund my credit card.

One of the workers left the hose running after they left. A few days later, I received a letter from the Village stating I had used an excessive amount of water. I did not realize the hose was left on until the next day.

Very dishonest salesperson. Called October 28th and was told that the service would be scheduled when leaf is 90% fall that would be in a couple of weeks. But the gutter cleaning came the next day. I called the company to cancel it and asked them to leave. Only after I told that I would have had to call the credit card company, it was canceled.

Make sure that this company complies to what you ask for, because in my experience this company does not do what you ask for. I asked for this company to turn on the water so they can have the water to shoot down the pipeline, the second time they did not let us let us know they were coming so we had no way to check the work they did
