They way they run there company and go out at will to do the work. Contractor never set an appointment or called to come by. Just showed up unannounced and sent a bill for work that was already done by another contractor. Contractor claims this is the way they run their company.

It is very simple, we were hired to clean the gutters and we did that. This customer states they canceled service with us but never did. In good faith, we offered to work on the bill. We completed the service tracked the trucked to the home. The crews even reported back issues with the gutters. The bill stands as is.
They were aggressive in signing me up but never showed up. Every time I called I was told yeah, we have crew working all the time but they have no order in which they complete jobs (yes, they told me this) and they dont give you a date and time (they tell you we will show up when we do). So if you MAY want to get your gutters cleaned at some unknown time in the FUTURE, they are your company!

They came today and were here for 10 minutes. I assume that they did the job I hired them to do, but since I did not get on a ladder to check my gutters, I don't know what kind of job they did on a 2500 square foot house in 10 minutes. They cleaned up and took a small amount of trash with them. I don't know how to give this service a rating.
They clean my gutters and rip off some shingles of the roof and then tellme that my shingles are fell off Asking for + money to come back and fix that. What a shame

After the service people arrived I received a call from customer service (MM initials) saying they misquoted the service agreement and they are increasing the price $400 over the $1400 I prepaid. I asked what is different and he could not answer the question. He agreed to do this job as quoted, I agreed and told him to cancel the contract as I do not do business with companies like that. It took less than one hour for the service guys to do the job.

Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision.
