Cleaned the gutters and told me they needed to be totally replaced. Called another company for a second opinion. Second company said the gutters were fine and did not need replacement.

First, I was quoted a price that was to be for a duplex townhome. I explained this to the gentleman that originally contacted me; I said that my neighbor's gutters and mine connected. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone. I told him I didn't know the area of my house but its a standard 2 family. He quoted me a price and I hired them. 5 days later I got a call from Ned Stevens saying they couldn't do the work because I I didn't have enough water pressure (?).
