When I called and asked about gutter cleaning, the cheerful woman said they would come 4 times a year for $950, and she could get me signed up right away on this Platinum Plan. Then she stopped and waited. After a pause I said **If that is your Platinum Plan, might I also assume that you have a gold and a silver plan?** There was embarrassed laughter, and she admitted that they did and told me about them. Had trouble getting them to schedule me. They would tell me **2 days** and never show up. Then two days, the next week, they finally showed up. Never contacted me when they were coming. My gutters were dirty, and they threw gutter contents in yard and on pants and did not clean up. I called them, and they said they would come back and clean up, but they never did. Cleaned the gutters and told me they needed to be totally replaced. Called another company for a second opinion. Second company said the gutters were fine and did not need replacement.

First, I was quoted a price that was to be for a duplex townhome. I explained this to the gentleman that originally contacted me; I said that my neighbor's gutters and mine connected. Both sets of gutters would need to be cleaned. I was quoted $68/each for our gutter cleaning. One the morning of the appointment, I get another call and am told that after getting to the job, it was misfigured.
