I spoke with a gentleman on the phone. I told him I didn't know the area of my house but its a standard 2 family. He quoted me a price and I hired them. 5 days later I got a call from Ned Stevens saying they couldn't do the work because I I didn't have enough water pressure (?). Gutters were cleaned, but after the first rain my gutters still overflowed.

In making the appointment the fact they had been in the gutter cleaning business for 54 years made us hire them. We waited two weeks for the job to be completed. On the phone I explained our home was a two story colonial with full walk out basement. No problem the customer service person proclaimed we have been in business 54 years. The Workman arrives and says gutters are to high. Calls supervisor and they cancelled our work order. I have had my gutters cleaned many times in the past this was NEVER stated. They are very slick and rehearsed on the phone. They say things like we will tighten up the corners and reattach... but once learning the terminology of this industry I realized that does not mean fixing a drip in the corner. So the worker came to my house and cleaned the gutters but did not tighten up the corners enough to stop a drip which they made it sound on the phone he would do.
