Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

Our experience has been horrible. They came to our house twice; the first time, they misquoted the job and abandoned the site without any explanation. The second time, they did the job but damaged the railing of the stairs to our porch and left a lot of nails and other materials dispersed throughout the site. I called them numerous times for them to repair the damage. No response in two weeks. Absolutely do not deal with this company!

Took some time but they finally came to clean my gutters.
They did nothing much and charged too much.
They were supposed to come to examine our gutters and clean them out they clean them out and made a mess all over the lawn and everywhere else there was mud and debris everywhere. He told me everything looks good with the gutters. As soon as it rained there was water pouring all over it was clear that there were some holes in between some of my gutters. I called them and they told me that they just cleaned them and did not examine for any work to be done. I asked them why and they had no answer for me
Made a huge mess, damaged some gutters and left plastic bags of debris on the property.
Do not be fooled by their advertisement of 50 years in the business, they provide only superficial work and overlook details. They come for a total of 5-10 minutes on your property, do not physically take out any debris/leaves, just flush the gutters, and then leave without communicating the work they did or what they found. Arrived on time. Workers couldn?t speak English. I had to call the office to get a summary of the findings while standing next to the workers. Job was overpriced. Office more interested in selling me a yearly maintenance contract
Received service reminder from the company in the name of previous owner, Called to get a quote, was given quote which was almost double than other gutter cleaning services, however told better to go for annual service and platinum service is best as we cover repairs. I told I will call back to confirm, called back in 45 minutes, another service representative gave quote 90$ higher than previous for same service.
