Used them in the past and gutters needed recleaned. Used them recently and the downspout was still clogged 2 days later and I have gutter guards. They had to come back and I watched them and the downspout was never cleaned as hand full we pulled out. Should have waited an extra day for quotes as they cam in the 2nd day. The price was terrible, $140 for a tiny house never paid more then $110 but I wanted to get it completed. Never again!
I hired them, paid over $1,200 for a full year, 4 times service. When they arrived was told the could not clean the upper gutters on rear of house.
There is no practical way to rate this companys performance. The gutters are on the second story and cannot be seen.

BEWARE! Ned Stevens is not upfront with their pricing! This company is clearly against writing proposals for their work. My gutter repair invoice was a much higher PRICE after the service was completed. When calling to complain a sales agent suggested that the company do an investigation and review on the phone conversation of myself and the agent that arranged the service? I will keep you posted on what happens.
I call Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning to come out to my house. After 14 days (called them on (9/16/20) and 3 follow up calls, they still have not been to my house. I was told several times that someone would be here within 10 days, when i initially contacted them. As of 9/30/20, I have not seen anyone. My last conversation with one of their representatives, he said they would be here 10/2/20, i could have had 3 gutter service by now. They did a decent job with the cleanup. However, the customer service is not good. They promised a promotional price while I signed up. I was not comfortable providing my credit card over the phone, so I asked to send me an invoice. The price in the invoice was way more than they promised. I sent a couple of emails back to correct it and I have not gotten a response. I keep getting a reminder to pay the amount. Sorry, I will not hire them again, if this is the customer service I received.

This company initially started off really good. They gave a good price, gave a good time frame. They came to the house and asked for a 300$ deposit towards cleaning the old gutters, which would then be apart of the overall price of replacing them with new ones. They got up, cleaned the gutters, and left and said they would come back to swap the new gutters out.
