Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

I did a contract for New Gutter Still waiting for my New Gutter. They charge me 1 yr gutter cleaning Service on my Credit Card Plus down Payment for New Gutter. Call them because I thought They were going to install 1st week in Sept. Still waiting.

They will not give you a window of time. - not even the day, so they just show up. The first time they left some debris overhanging my front gutter. Back they came and the issue was not corrected. I asked them to leave the piece of mesh that was left in the front flower bed. So now, I have requested them to return. The people I have spoken with on the phone could care less. The last person yesterday - rude and just kept talking as I was trying to explain.

They called once to say we will be late, then never heard from again. Phone number out of service. Horrible experience.

Find somebody else to do the gutter cleaning. They are not responsible.

They did not tell me in advance that they would not replace the grates that were on the gutters. This caused a re-schedule and the loss of a day. They gave me an advance price which was way too high for what I received.

I live in a townhouse and only have gutters on front and back. They charge per square footage of house even though I don't have side gutters. We didn't have much rain until now. Now water is spilling out of my gutters instead of draining through side pipes. Also when I made the appointment they kept trying to push their yearly package even though I kept saying no. Why would I sign up for a yearly package when I didn't know the quality of their work! Not happy at all.

I hired them to clean my gutters. I met them when they arrived and they started to set up to do the work. 15 minutes later I hear their truck leaving knowing the gutters could not have been cleaned in that time. Called later in the day and was told they could not remove my gutter guards, when other companies had done so in the past. Said they could try and flush them but would not guarantee they would flow clean. Why would I pay for that so I cancelled the contract.

Today the workers arrived to clean my siding and windows, and left without providing the service because they said the siding was too old and their process of cleaning would remove the siding paint. I feel so frustrated! It took some effort for me to prepare the house perimeter and remove screens, etc. Now the work is delayed while I find another contractor. How was this not something they might have considered before taking my deposit and scheduling the visit?
