Arrived on time. Workers couldn?t speak English. I had to call the office to get a summary of the findings while standing next to the workers. Job was overpriced. Office more interested in selling me a yearly maintenance contract
Received service reminder from the company in the name of previous owner, Called to get a quote, was given quote which was almost double than other gutter cleaning services, however told better to go for annual service and platinum service is best as we cover repairs. I told I will call back to confirm, called back in 45 minutes, another service representative gave quote 90$ higher than previous for same service. Was not upfront and clear with what was to be done. I felt as if I was being taken for my money!
This company aggressively promotes other services like whole house wash and dryer vent cleaning. They told me my gutters need realignment, but refused to do it. Instead, they suggested complete replacement.
Not thorough with cleanup.
They did the worst work of any gutter cleaners we have ever used or heard about. They used blowers to remove the debris, leaves, and seed pods from the gutters. They did not bag any of those things from the gutters. Instead, they blew all of them on our grounds, deck, and walkways. I now have to hire another gutter cleaner to clean up the mess they made.
They did not do the tune-up required, which I asked for. It was obvious as the gutter on the back was not nailed in all the way, still separated for the house and one nail was sticking really far out. The recent rain showed that the same gutter was not cleaned. I called customer service, they were nice but said they would send someone out no later than 3 weeks - I paid for the service already, it should be immediate.
All the templates they used already have technicians found something wrong. So it looks like they charge lesser but they get you by hiring them to **fix** what they see is wrong.
Empty promises for months on end. Kept getting excuses regarding why they did not show up.
